At WalkEase Store, we want every step you take in our footwear to be comfortable. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sandals that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear socks.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RAN email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, a $12.95 deduction will apply to your refund.
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and approved
- If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the new item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a free return and replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective footwear socks
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (will be marked as such)
- Gift cards
International Returns
For international returns (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees
- Processing may take additional time due to customs clearance
