Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and certain remote regions) using reliable carriers to ensure your footwear arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after processing)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after processing)

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want every step in WalkEase footwear to be perfect. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your purchase within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required
Important: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that have been worn or tried on without protective footwear socks.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number and product details
  2. Get Approval: We’ll review your request and send a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item with all original packaging and tags. Include your order confirmation
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns center using the address in your RAN email (we recommend trackable shipping)

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). For exchanges, we cover shipping of the new item to you.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds issued to original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.)
  • Processing begins after we receive and inspect your return (typically 5 business days)
  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank processing may take additional 5-10 business days

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For free shipping orders, a $12.95 deduction will apply to your refund.

Exchange Process:

  • New item ships after return is received and approved
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as needed
  • Subject to product availability

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sandals showing signs of wear or tried on without protective socks
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as such)
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items:

Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange free return and replacement.

International Returns:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees. Refunds issued in USD may be subject to currency conversion fees. Processing may take additional time due to customs.
